Terms & Policies

This page explains how our packages, revisions, hosting, ownership, cancellations, refunds, and basic privacy practices work. If a signed proposal or invoice says something more specific, that written project agreement takes priority.

01. Packages

What you can buy.

Book a Call

Free discovery call to check fit, clarify goals, choose a direction, and decide the best next step. No paid work starts from the call alone.

Launch — €650

A fast website launch package with 5 different website prototypes, iterations before launch, and the final selected direction built for publishing.

Refine — €950

A deeper package with brand exploration, unlimited iteration during the project, more visual polish, and launch support for teams that want extra refinement.

Scope

Each package covers the website scope agreed before production starts. Extra pages, complex forms, integrations, copy-heavy sections, or unusual technical requirements may need a custom quote.

Revisions

Revisions are for improving the agreed direction. A full change of direction after approval may be treated as new work if it changes the original scope.

Payment

Paid work starts after the scope and price are confirmed. Any payment schedule, deposit, or invoice terms shared in writing for a project take priority.

02. Hosting & maintenance

Optional after launch.

Hosting and maintenance are available for €25/month. If you choose our hosting, we also include a free domain name for the first year.

Included

  • Fast hosting for the finished website.
  • Basic upkeep so the site stays live and healthy.
  • Two small content or visual edits per month.

Not included

  • New pages, new products, or structural redesigns.
  • Large copywriting rounds or new brand systems.
  • Third-party fees beyond the included first-year domain offer.
03. Cancellations & refunds

Fair for both sides.

Before production starts

The discovery call is free. If a paid project is cancelled before design or build production begins, any prepaid production fee can be refunded unless a written agreement says otherwise.

After work has started

Refunds are based on the unfinished part of the project. Work already completed, time already spent, and approved deliverables are not automatically refundable.

If the project is not a fit

If we realize before production that we are not the right fit, we will keep the exit simple and avoid forcing the engagement.

Missed feedback or delays

Client feedback delays can move the timeline. If a project is paused for a long time, we may need to reschedule remaining work based on current availability.

04. Ownership

What is yours.

You own the final website, copy, and assets created specifically for your project once the agreed work is paid. If you choose not to use our hosting, we can hand over the files or help move the site to your preferred setup.

Reusable tools, templates, internal methods, code snippets, and pre-existing Studio Vitrine materials remain ours, but you receive the right to use the finished website for your business.

Unless you ask otherwise, we may show the finished project in our portfolio, examples, or sales material after launch.

05. Privacy

The basics.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we may receive your name, email, company details, project notes, and scheduling information.

How we use it

We use that information to respond, prepare for calls, deliver the project, send project-related messages, and keep simple business records.

Third-party tools

Booking, email, hosting, analytics, payment, or domain tools may process information as part of running the service.

Your request

You can ask us to correct or delete contact information that is not needed for active projects, legal records, invoices, or security.
